I wonder...

First time trying to transform a male head to a female's head. I'm making a bit o' progress! Hmmm...I see a difference, that's a start!

Oh yeeeeah...my computer's been fixed! Whooo! Think I'll do more of these in pencil for a while.

The Withdrawal Is Too Much

I MISS MY COMPUTER!! Not just for Internet surfing or digital art, but when I do sketches and a couple acrylic paintings, I can easily upload the pics! ...Well, thankfully I'm blessed with an alternate computer for now. So I shall deal with it fine. :D Gives me more time to do art and procrastinate. :P

Here are a couple pics of men's heads, and some off idea. Oh, and a sketch observing a girl in a coffee shop. :D

Faces of the day

The end of Remembrance Day, but who really stops remembering the purpose of this blessed day?

Aside from catching the time (all those ones!), I also drew a few faces in the night. I tell you, it's tough to draw on angles, but as you work at it, you start understanding things just a bit more each time. :D I understand more about the jaw and chin, and how tilting your head back mightn't be much if you do it, but if you DRAW it?? Phoo!!

Bad Freedom

Heh...well, I tried a couple freeform heads, seeing how much I remembered and how much I worked on as far as refining. I worked on a LITTLE fixing up (much less lopsided, but the one on the right is a little...funny-jawed), but I remembered a good deal of what I need to do for construction. I just need to get the shading right! It's about me wrapping my head around both form and shading...

First Come, First Face

I have plenty to do to draw a full body without the bobble-head look. My big (and current) trek is working on heads, in fact! I'll do it slowly, steadily, but I'll DO THIS!! Here are some pics from over some weeks, and the last two are from the past two days. I've been getting awesome help from a mentor, and I've been using a Loomis book, Drawing the Head and Hands.

Planes...they do help!!

Some faces. They look VERY creepy.

Man, shading from a lower light source is tough!

More tries with the heads in front view. I'm doing this with imagination, sooo fun!

Did these ones today. I took my time, but still, I need more to get it right! Getting there, though!
